Class Offerings
Green Group | 6mo - 3yr
Your child will engage in gymnastics-based gross motor skill-building play while making new friends. Children up to 3 years old attend these fun skill-building play days with their caregiver. Lessons are based on developmental milestones for 2 & 3 year olds.The Parents Role in the ClassParents should expect to stay only close and involved enough for their children to feel safe and comfortable to participate. Parents should refrain from taking on the role of teacher and instead remain involved as little as possible and only reinforce to their child listen to the teacher.
Our 3 to 4 year old class is available to children who are ready to participate in our teacher-lead classes. Students develop coordination and social skills. Instructors work on identifying body shapes and class skills such as taking turns, and learning to participate in gymnastics class without the assistance of their parent.
Emphasis for this class is placed on movement education with gymnastics skills as a base. The students work forwardstricks, backwards tricks, sideways tricks and handstands on the vault, bars, beam trampoline and floor. Great workout - lots of movement.
