Auburn Gymnastics Center level 5 gymnasts competed at the 2011 Harvest Classic at

California State University Sacramento.


  AUBURN
- Auburn Gymnastics Center’s level 5 team took to California State University Sacramento Sunday for the 2011 Harvest Classic winning first place all-around and taking home two first place event titles was Allyson Osborn.
Osborn scored a whopping 9.1 on bars and a 9.225 on floor earring her the day’s event titles and propelling her into the first place all-around spot with a 35.65 total for the meet.
   In third place all-around was Kristen Kopp with a 33.425 and in fifth was Aneesa Perez with a 31.85. All three competed in the same age division at the level 5 competition.
   Competing in the middle age divisions was Emily Esteban, Emily Benson and Finn Thomas. Competing in middle B division, Esteban did her season best on beam with an 8.825 earning fourth place all-around, Benson also shined on beam earning a third place medal with an 8.775. Finn Thomas earned fourth place on beam competing in middle A with an 8.925.
   The team also competed in the 2011 Foothills Fall Fest recently in Grass Valley along with the level 4 gymnasts from Auburn Gymnastics Center.
McKenzie Dunigan did her season best at the meet earning first place on vault (9.025) and floor (8.6) and third in the all-around with a 34.75. Breanna Phillips competed as well earning 5th on vault (8.85) while teammate Annaliese Nobile earned seventh on bars with an 8.05. All competed in the younger age division.
   Hannah Caminiti competed in the middle age division winning first place on vault (9.075) and beam (9.25) and taking second place in the all-around (36.025). Delilah Fulton earned fourth place all-around (34.525) and fourth on beam with an 8.775 while Kacy Burns took 5th place on vault with an 8.85 and Ginger Witchek took top 10 on bars with an 8.025.
In the older level 4 age group Hannah Fulton won bars with a 9.175 beating out 15 other gymnasts for the title.
At the 2011 Foothills Fall Fest the level 5 team took second place lead by winning routines from Kristen Kopp who scored a 9.375 on beam and Allyson Osborn who scored a career best of a 9.625 on bars. The teams are coached by Jennifer Christenson, Tiffany Burns and Natalie Otis from Auburn Gymnastics Center.
